Ian is a Partner in the juniper blueprint and specialises in complex commercial projects and programmes. He has 20 years' experience in procurement and contract management. Over recent years, Ian’s engagement has been with Central Government departments, including Home Office, DCMS and BDUK. His particular  focus has been delivering multi-client, high value public procurements, contract management and strategic relationship management in support of Government policy and initiatives.  

Ian is adept at understanding and capturing complex client requirements, delivering expert commercial advice and sourcing to support strategic business outcomes.  

Penny is a Partner in the juniper blueprint and is a highly experienced senior commercial professional, with expertise in leading commercial transformation and commercial delivery of large scale complex programmes. Penny has over 20 years’ experience in procurement, contract and supply chain management in a range of categories across a variety of private and public sector organisations, including Central Government departments, Local Authorities and Bluelight Services.
