our story

We are Penny and Ian, the founders of the juniper blueprint. 

The concept for our business started back in 2023.  Having substantial careers in commercial and as colleagues working together for a number of years on a variety of projects, the idea of setting up an organisation which was focused on commercial delivery was born.

We both share a passion for the impact that commercial can deliver, whilst also recognising it can be hard to develop and harness that capability within every organisation.

We saw an opportunity to bring our combined strengths, aligned values and commercial expertise, complemented with our team of trusted professionals who we have personally worked with, to a wide range of clients.
